Spring into Spring…but what about the weeds?

So it’s Spring, at least here in Australia, a time of fresh beginnings. Whatever seeds you’ve sown previously are sprouting dreamstimefree_186890and popping up.  They need to be noticed and nurtured to keep that healthy growth and you thriving.  Now if you’ve noticed weeds popping up in your life, despite your recent hard work, no need to despair.  They are a sign of who you were, not necessarily who you are now or need to be in the future.  Accept responsibility for dealing with them effectively – out by the roots!  It may be painful but in the space you clear you can nurture what you do want to grow, whether that’s great health, relationships or business success.

Nobody says it’s easy but it doesn’t have to be hard either. It starts with shifting your focus, for example like noticing that the word ‘impossible’ is also ‘I’m possible’.  Be open to new ways of doing things.  Accept that along the way you are allowed to fail, in fact probably will, and that’s OK because you’ll learn from it and move on in your journey.  Once that ‘what if I fail’ pressure is off, you are free to focus on the outcome you do want.  Keep focussed on that, do whatever actions come to mind that take you closer to your outcome, and your path will appear as you walk forward.  Don’t expect overnight miracles, but you will grow content in time with patience, and consistent focussed nurturing action.  Remember to notice and enjoy every action and sign of growth.

p.s. if you’d like to tap into the power of NLP and other mindset shifting techniques to speed your progress with ease, I have books and process audios for you on the Shop Now tab.  And of course we can work together 1:1 too.  Just ask me how.
